Baru warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for twenty (20) years from the delivery date.
If a defect covered by this warranty is reported to Baru during the warranty period, Baru will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective product or component. In cases where the construction material is no longer available, the damaged product purchase will be refunded. Any replacement parts or products provided under this warranty are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
This warranty does not cover:
1. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or alterations.
2. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading due to age or environmental factors.
3. Products used in commercial or outdoor settings unless specifically designed for such use.
4. Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use or inconvenience.
Contact Baru Customer Service at info@hellobaru.com within the warranty period to make a warranty claim. Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, and photos.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Baru. All other express or implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by law.
